Information, Advice & Guidance Service @ The Centre

Our Information, Advice & Guidance Worker, Rachel Allsop, holds regular surgeries and drop-in sessions at Children's Centres and other community venues across the city.
One to one appointments are also available.

The Team can assist you by:

• Identifying appropriate registered childcare options

• Helping to source funding to pay for your childcare

• Helping you to make decisions about your family's future and giving you the confidence for you to return to work

• Providing you with assistance in seeking employment and career guidance about finding work or training opportunities

• Calculating your entitlement to welfare benefits and tax credits including a better-off in work calculation
